New Apprentice

Training supports quality ethosMike Lee wanted to be a plumber but as recession had hit the industry he wasn’t able to get a position to allow him to complete his level 3 training. PJB Construction have now employed him and suported his appprenticeship and he has signed up at Bridgwater College. Frank Swaislland commented that PJB Construction aim to use directly employed tradesmen because it gives them better control over the high quality work they demand. Supporting apprenticeships is an important part of that.
