Description / key tasks

Kenham House is the home of the Bristol Young Offenders Team. The work was commissioned by Bristol City Council.

The objective of the refurbishment was to create a more open working environment. This involved:

  • Demolishing existing partitions,
  • Building new partitions to plan,
  • Providing better, more economical and efficient lighting,
  • Redecorating,
  • Replacing carpet tiles.
  • New ceiling tiles
Challenges & successes

The young Offenders team had to continue their normal activities working with vulnerable youngsters in the offices throughout the programme.

The PJB Solutions team had to work around them and facilitate their work.

The team successfully completed the project one week ahead of schedule.
